Hiring Business Development Executive
We’re looking for a full-time Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at our Bangalore office.
About the Role
You will connect with individuals who have shown interest in understanding goal-based financial planning. Your role is to explain our process, answer their queries, and guide them through onboarding — all while ensuring transparency and compliance.

₹30,000 – 40,000/month + incentives
What You'll Do
- Speak with interested clients and understand their goals
- Explain our financial-planning approach in a simple, structured way
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation
- Build long-term relationships through trust and clarity
- Maintain records and report progress regularly
- Achieve engagement and conversion goals ethically
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Graduate / Post Graduates
- Prior client-interaction or inside-sales experience is an advantage (freshers welcome)
- Energetic, coachable, and process-driven mindset
